Imagine an office environment where the phones are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; where commitments are made, negotiations take place, and payments are promised. The VIC system makes this possible.

Using the keypad on any touch-tone telephone, account information can be accessed by clients, consumers, account numbers, and verified by a personal identification number. The caller authenticates the name, address and phone number automatically, electronically, and confidentially.

This module is a fully integrated predictive dialer that provides a valuable enhancement to our account receivable management system. As a client/server application, VIC operates real-time. This means there are no downloads or uploads from the dialer.

The dialer uses the Collector Work Queues, or a “campaign” of multiple Collector Work Queues, as its basis for dialing. The queues can be managed exactly the same as if collectors were manually working their accounts.

Other features of the dialer include the ability to time remind accounts to be worked by the dialer for any future date and/or time, and allows Cornerstone to perform outsource messaging campaigns for clients prior to account referral. This tool gives provides:

  • Comprehensive reporting
  • Ability to monitor collector activity real-time
  • Notation of all actions taken by the dialer on each individual account
  • Ability to leave messages by client for specific, effective targeting
  • Unlimited number of potential created messages
